OFFER DETAILS EXPLAINED:
1) You must request & sign our Buyer Rebate Agreement.

Here's how it works: Whenever you sign our Buyer Rebate Agreement to use BuyerAndSellerSavings.com as your exclusive Realtor representation, we will rebate you 1% of the purchase price at closing on ANY property you buy, that is in the Multiple Listing Service, and pays the normal commission, with a sales price over $100,000. For example, on a $100,000 property, your rebate will be $1000!  On a $300,000 home, your rebate will be $3000!  If the sales price is between $75,000 and $100,000, the rebate will be one half of 1%.  This is real cash put back into your pocket!  There are NO GIMMICKS or TRICKS at all involved with this offer.  If you're still not sure, we can give you some names and phone numbers of our past clients and you can call them yourself!
